本文从面向服务架构的思想出发，构建了一个博客服务平台，提供了较为完善的博客发布和搜索的服务接口，可以利用该平台开发桌面和Internet的博客应用系统。 该博客搜索系统使用Borland公司的可视化集成开发环境JBuilder，采用JAVA语言开发。程序服务端运行在Apache公司的Tomcat服务器上。博客文章使用SQL Server 2000数据库进行管理。
