Threshold value for when to enter the unrolled loops.

The threshold for the number of entries in the CMD FIFO available before the CMD0_CNT interrupt is raised. Increasing this value will reduce the number of interrupts raised to the CPU.

This gives a threshold in megabytes for the maximum size of the texture cache in vram. The value is only a default and can be overridden at runtime.
