该目录下提供了一个Dll文件（JpgVSbmp.dll），可进行Bmp和Jpeg格式的相互转换。并给出一个VB调用此Dll中API函数的示例。
JpgVSbmp.dll中封装了2个API函数：
1. BmpToJpg 将指定的Bmp文件内容转换为JPG文件格式。
2. JpgToBmp 将指定的Jpg文件内容转换为Bmp文件格式。
