代码实现了视频的运动检测，代码的原版在本网站可以搜索到，代码很经典，但是原版是用matlab2007写的，而现在的matlab版本对于其中的函数已经不支持，导致源程序不能再调通。本人在原版的基础上，在win8+matlab2014_32的基础上对代码进行优化，并调通。经测在64位环境下，因为matlba无法支持indeo5，暂时无法使-motion detection
