计算图片的特征值，实现两张图片相似度的计算-Calculate the eigenvalue of two image and get they similarity

能够较好实现人脸检测，包括相似度计算 二值化 水平/垂直直方图 边缘检测 标注特征等-Can achieve face detection, including similarity value of two horizontal/vertical histogram of edge detection mark etc.

实现图像的上采样、下采样、二值化、加噪声并保存图像到指定目录，还有图像的相似度计算-The down-sampling,up-sampling,binarization and noising of image, and save the results to specified directory
