对于一实测时间序列,我想用matlab中的小波分析功能找出其周期和突变点，现在只能做出其小波系数图，请教高手指点如何将其转化为频率图？附件的论文里有用这个方法的，但不知其中的图是如何做出，从图上如何看出周期和突变点？谢谢！
