系统参数主要分为2类：
一类是可以配置的，可以根据使用者的需求改变的参数
1）你打算让这个仿真跑多少个OFDM符号？
2）你打算采用什么样的调制方式？
3）你打算让你的系统跑在什么样的环境下，AWGN？Rayleigh fading?
4）你的接收端采用什么样的配置，比如，是否采用理想均衡，线性插值均衡，理想同步，频偏纠正等等？
5）你的信道采样频率是多少？你的载波频率是多少？
一类是固定不变的，发送端按照协议规定设置
