摘 要 网络化，系统化，信息化已经成为现代企业管理的主要手段，一个好的系统能方便管理，提高管理效率。本系统根据现有系统的分析和用户要求，一期建设主要是完成会员管理中的会员登记、续会、查询等功能；服务管理中的新车上牌落户、年检、救援服务记录、保险等车务提醒功能；身份验证、系统数据配置等。本课程设计中数据库采用Micosoft Acess 2000，系统平台为Windows 98/2000/XP。-failed to translate
