在上述分析的基础上，图2 显示了 iersSync 系统的整个流程图。系统主要包括 HTTP 访问模块、 UＲL 分析与内容下载模块、地心指向参数下载与更新维护模块、闰秒数据更新维护模块以及日志数 据管理模块。整个程序用 Python 开发，直接利用了 Python 的 HTTP 访问模块，其它模块均自行开发。 其中日志数据管理模块主要实现整个国际地球自转服务组织数据的一致性与完整性保证。(On the basis of the above analysis, figure 2 shows th
