- 阅读器采用外接单电源供电，具有通过无线方式实现“写”与“读”汉字的两种工作模式，由开关或键盘实现 “写”或“读”的控制。“写”状态，输入用键盘，并有显示屏显示输入的汉字。“读”状态，显示屏显示应答器接收的汉字。 应答器供电要求有两种方式，一是采用两节1.5V，5号干电池供电，另一是通过耦合线圈由阅读器无线方式提供。应答器能够通过无线方式接收、存储由阅读器传来的预置汉字信息（或编码），装置断电后，应答器存储的信息不丢失。应答器能通过无线方式读出由阅读器传输来的汉字。应答器还应设有对写入汉字信息
