jsp高校科研项目管理系统，本课题目的是为了使教师在年终总结报告和报科研项目时更加方便，为教师提供一个公共的交流平台，避免教师填报教研科研成果工作的麻烦、减轻管理人员的工作量、实现年终报表自动准确的统计；使得每位教师只需要维护自己主持的科研课题和发表的文章，其他所有的参与者自动更新，既提高了效率又保证了信息的一致性。-jsp university research management system, the purpose of this project is to enable teachers in the year-end summary report and reported R &　D projects more convenient for teachers to provide a common platform, to avoid the teacher the trouble of completing the research work of scientific research, to reduce management staff volume, to achieve automatic and accurate year-end report statistics　makes every teacher need only maintain their own research projects sponsored and published articles, automatically update all the other participants, both to improve efficiency and ensure consistency of information.
