本文根据目前国内陶瓷插针生产中的实际情况，结合本实验室的陶瓷插针产品开

发的研发实际，设计了一套CCD 显微放大测量系统，详细论述了系统的测量原理，设

计了相应的硬件和软件系统。硬件系统主要由显微放大镜、CCD 黑白摄像头和计算机

组成；软件系统主要为图像处理和结果计算程序。-The combination of the ceramic pin of the laboratory product development R &　D practice, designed according to the actual situation of the domestic production of ceramic pin, a CCD microscope to enlarge the measurement system are discussed in detail the measurement principle of the system, design the appropriate hardware and software systems. The hardware system is mainly composed of microscopic magnifying glass, CCD black and white camera and computer　software system for image processing and the results of calculation procedures.
