自制小程序，用于进制转换，先输入M/N，表示从M进制到N进制转换，然后输入一个M进制的数字。数字用0-9/a-z/A-Z表示，所以也就处理36进制以内的转换，输入字母大小写随意，输出统一大写。仅供日常使用，所以没有GUI，也没加越界之类的判断，需要多次运行的，随手添加一个while（1）就好。-
