设计一个用java语言实现的数字拼图小游戏。界面主要由15个按钮，按钮上数字从“1”到“15”，面板采用网格布局，4*4分布。主要用到了awt包中的Frame、Butto，awt.event 包中的ActionListener、WindowListener接口，util包中的随机数(Random)类产生随机数。

数字移动是通过交换label属性。-Design a digital implementation using Java language puzzle game.
