实现在 Digital Object Identifier 10.1109/ICNNSP.2008 发表的 "A Novel Video Image Scaling Algorithm Based on Morphological Edge Interpolation"上面的演算法。里面主要用利用形态学的方式对图案做插值运算，最大效果是可以把杂讯滤除。-Achieve in the Digital Object Identifier 10.1109/ICNNSP.2008 published　A Novel Video Image Scaling Algorithm Based on Morphological Edge Interpolation　above algorithm. Inside the main way the use of morphological patterns do interpolation operator, the biggest effect is able to filter out noise.
