In this paper, chaotic dynamics combined with annealing strategy for the realization of chaos optimization search, reflecting a stronger value of the global optimum parameters FNPID search capabilities. Simulation results show that the realization of effective FNPID optimized controller parameters, control the outcome of a stable, non-oscillatory, no overshoot, fast response, the advantages of short conditioning time, the algorithm structure is simple and easy programming.
