按键功能：

正常运行模式时：

LEFT ：切换到设置模式

UP ：无效

DOWN ：无效

RIGHT ：切换到交通管制状态



设置模式时：

LEFT ：切换到正常运行模式

UP ：对应设置项的设置值加1

DOWN ：对应设置项的设置值减1

RIGHT ：切换设置项(南/北直行时间、南/北左转时间、东/西直行时间、东/西左转时间、右转时间)



交通管制状态时：

LEFT ：无效

UP ：无效

DOWN ：无效
